Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support service users with daily living activities, personal care, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing.
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour.
- Record care activities accurately in line with CQC and company standards.
- Follow infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- 3 months experience in a healthcare setting.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Commitment to professional development and CQC-compliant care practices.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
