The Role:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Qualified Nurses (RGN/RMN/RMN) to join our team. You will provide safe, person-centred care in a variety of care settings. Assignments are flexible and tailored to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and CQC regulations
- Administer medications, manage care plans, and monitor service user health
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Promote dignity, respect, and patient-centred care at all times
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RN)
- Previous experience in clinical or care settings
- Knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and reliability for agency assignments
