Step 1: Apply & Complete Your Registration
Submit your application and complete your details through Kyloe, our secure online system.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THIS STAGE:
Application Review
Complete an initial pre-screening of your application
Document Collection
Gather your documents, qualifications and experience details
Registration Start
Begin your registration process through our secure system
Step 2: Interview
You will be invited to attend an interview with our team, either in person or via Microsoft Teams.
This helps us understand your experience and ensure you meet the standards expected by Falcon Greencare.
Step 3: Compliance Checks
You will receive a secure link via Referoo to complete your:
References
DBS checks
Right to work
verification
Step 4: Training & Development
While your checks are being completed,
you will gain access to FururU, our eLearning platform.
You will:
Complete your mandatory training modules via the app
Attend a 1-day face-to-face training session
Step 5: Onboarding Complete
Once all checks and training are complete, your onboarding will be finalised, and you will be ready to begin working.
