Accredited Core Training

Consistent Learning from the Start

All of our carers complete their core training through the FururU eLearning platform. This training is CPD accredited and meets the standards of the Care Certificate, ensuring every member of staff begins with a strong and recognised foundation.

Each carer also has access to an app that supports consistent, up-to-date learning across all mandatory subjects, aligned with the latest sector standards and best practice.

Practical Skills Training

Confidence Beyond Theory

We do not stop at online learning. Every carer also attends a dedicated, in-person practical training day led by our experienced trainer, helping to build real confidence and competence in essential areas of care.

This includes hands-on training in moving and handling, basic life support and medication management, all of which directly impact the safety and wellbeing of the people they support.
