Pamela has been working in the healthcare recruitment industry since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience to Falcon Greencare.
As one of the founders of Nurseplus UK Ltd, she has played a key role in supporting the growth of multiple start-ups across both healthcare recruitment and homecare services. Her depth of knowledge, leadership and understanding of the sector ensure that Falcon Greencare delivers a high-quality, reliable and professional service.
Becci Streeter
Operations Manager
Becci has worked in the care sector for nearly 10 years, with extensive experience across both homecare and agency environments.
As a former Registered Manager, she has overseen complex care packages and managed operational delivery, giving her a strong understanding of both client and candidate needs. Becci plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and maintaining high standards across the service.

Nicole brings over 9 years of experience across recruitment and healthcare.
With a strong understanding of the sector, she supports candidates throughout their journey, from initial registration through to placement.
