Falcon Greencare was officially incorporated in January 2026, founded by a team of dedicated professionals with a shared vision: to raise standards and redefine excellence in healthcare recruitment and care delivery. While we may be a new name in Hampshire, our foundations are built on over 40 years of combined experience across the health and social care sector.
Falcon Greencare’s origins are closely linked to the success and reputation of Falcon Green. Established in 2012, Falcon Green has become a highly respected recruitment business across the UK and Ireland, specialising in connecting both blue- and white-collar construction professionals with rewarding career opportunities. Built on the belief that every worker’s skills are valuable, Falcon Green has developed long-standing relationships with trusted talent, underpinned by their motto, “Because we care, we’re built to last.” With a strong foundation and proven success in recruitment, Falcon Green identified an opportunity to expand into the healthcare sector. Recognising the need for experienced leadership in this space, they approached me as a trusted industry professional with a strong track record in successfully launching and growing new ventures. From this collaboration, Falcon Greencare was born – combining an established recruitment legacy with specialist healthcare expertise to deliver something truly meaningful.
Our journey began with a simple but powerful belief – that healthcare recruitment should be driven not just by efficiency, but by compassion, integrity, and a genuine understanding of people’s needs. Having worked on both sides of the sector, we have seen firsthand the challenges faced by service users, healthcare professionals, and providers alike.
