The Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will assist service users with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
- Support service users with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and exercise activities.
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
- Follow all health & safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.
Requirements:
- 3 months experience in a healthcare/ social care setting.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Commitment to person-centred care and professional development.
- Enhanced DBS check clearance required.
